Individual Support
Our Strength to Strength studio is at the core of our service. We help participants develop individual plans to meet their individual mental health & wellbeing needs. We use a positive psychology framework to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
Creating Participation
We offer a range of evidence-based interventions which aim to reduce mental health symptoms, increase happiness and improve overall outcomes. Interventions include a range of health, creative and expressive activities.
Reducing Isolation
Dwell provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. We offer a variety of groups and activities to help create belonging and reduce social isolation.
